See Appendix A for the research on the first question, and the second See Appendix B for the study of the problem.

GB/T 12346-2006 "Names and Locations of Acupoints" promulgated in 2006, in addition to 362 meridians and acupoints, it also contains 46 extravagant meridians. hole. These peculiar points were discussed and determined at the 1985 Hong Kong meeting of the World Health Organization in the Western Pacific Region and adopted at the 1989 Geneva meeting.

Selected from the standard nomenclature of 48 Jingwaiqi acupoints. Standard "Acupuncture Meridian Point Location" (West Pacific Region) (WHO Standard acupuncture point locations in the Western Pacific Region) remain the same; the national standard "Names and Locations of Jingwai Unique Acupoints" formulated this time includes a total of 51 Jingwaiqi acupoints, including 43 out of the 46 extravagant acupoints included in GB/T 12346-2006 (combined the 2 acupoints "Jinjin" and "Yuye" into 1 acupoint, and deleted the "Xiaji" The 2 points of "Yu" and "Waist Qi" have been revised, and the positioning of the 2 points of "Dugukong" and "Pigen" have been revised), and 8 extra meridian acupoints have been added ("Anmian", "Qianzheng", "New" and "Blood Press point, "Tito", "Spine", "Shoulder Front", "Inner Court").

The standard "Acupuncture Point Names Part 2 (Revised Edition)" promulgated by the World Health Organization Western Pacific Region in 1991 stipulates that Chinese characters, Chinese spelling The three elements of sound and English code. This document is found in the World Health Organization's Western Pacific Standard "Acupuncture Point Names Part 2 (Revised Edition)" Waiqi acupoints are named according to this method, and the names of the other meridian Waiqi acupoints are only expressed in Chinese characters and Chinese pinyin.

The measurement of length and width involved in the general standard requires the use of the international system of units, but the difference between the height of the human body and the thinness of the body is very large.

The method uses absolute standard values to describe the acupuncture points, and only through the method of dividing the amount of fold---the bone degree of fold method to describe the acupoints, can you Applicable to all populations and all individuals. This method was approved by the World Health Organization at an international conference held in Seoul, South Korea in 1987.

It is determined as the standard unit of measurement for acupuncture and moxibustion points. Therefore, the acupoint positioning in this document adopts this unit of measurement.
