Scope
GB/T 40810.2-2021 is the English-translated version of 产品几何技术规范(GPS) 生产过程在线测量 第2部分:几何特征(形位)的在线检测与验证.
GB/T 40810.2-2021 is the second part of the Chinese national series on geometrical product specifications (GPS) for online measurement during production, and deals with form and position features.
It sets out how form and position characteristics are inspected and verified while parts are being made, describing the inspection operations for these features and the rules for judging conformity.
The contents cover general rules, the inspection operation for linear features and the statistical control judgment of form and position features, with informative annexes on an online extraction plan for form and position errors, a least-squares model for fitting linear error, an online roundness measurement example for grinding and the link to the GPS matrix model.
It is meant for manufacturers checking geometry in process. It was issued on 11 October 2021 and has applied since 1 May 2022.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
This document is the second part of GB/T 40810 "Geometric Technical Specifications for Products (GPS) Online Measurement of Production Processes". GB/T 40810 The following parts have been released.
---Part 1: On-line detection and verification of geometric features (size, surface structure);
---Part 2: On-line detection and verification of geometric features (shape and position).
Introduction
In the production process, the digital measurement and control method for the geometric accuracy of the product size, shape, direction, position, etc. is imperfect, and the geometric accuracy is numbered.
Key issues such as the lack of characterization inspection methods and measurement uncertainty evaluation methods, and the passive backwardness of process quality accuracy measurement and control methods.
The digital measurement theory, method and technology of the geometric accuracy of the product, and the establishment of a geometric accuracy inspection operation specification system and control system in line with the new generation of GPS. System strategy.
GB/T 40810 is based on a new generation of GPS product geometric specification system, using digital online measurement technology, statistical learning and analysis theory Theory, advanced manufacturing technology, system integration and management technology, etc., carried out by means of theoretical analysis, model mapping, and simulation/experimental verification Recommended national standards for online measurement of production processes. Focus on solving the systemicity, completeness, and uniformity of online geometric feature inspection standards and specifications One-of-a-kind issues have laid the necessary technology for effectively solving the digitization, automation and intelligence problems of geometric feature detection and control in the production process. The basics of surgery.
GB/T 40810 is mainly used to standardize the detection and verification strategies and methods of geometric features in the production process, and provides Online/offline) digital operation method and testing specification for product quality accuracy measurement. For the convenience of readers, the standard is divided into two parts To compile, the two parts are related to each other and independent of each other, which together constitute the content of the online detection and verification specification for geometric features
GB/T 40810 consists of two parts.
---Part 1: On-line detection and verification of geometric features (size, surface structure). Specifies the geometric characteristics (dimensions, Surface structure) online inspection and verification specifications. Describes GPS-based online feature extraction, filtering (surface error separation), Methods of fitting, evaluation, eligibility judgment and default operating specifications.
---Part 2: On-line detection and verification of geometric features (shape and position). Specifies the geometric characteristics (shape and position) during the production process Online testing and verification requirements. Describes the online inspection operation of shape and position feature and the conformity assessment rules.
1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for online inspection and verification (hereinafter referred to as inspection) of the shape and position (hereinafter referred to as shape and position) characteristics during the production process.
It describes the inspection operation and conformity assessment rules of the online inspection of form and position characteristics.
This document is suitable for online inspection and verification of shape and position features in the production process.
