GB/T 40249-2021 is the Chinese national PCR method for diagnosing infection with Penaeus monodon-type baculovirus (MBV) in shrimp. 1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for nucleic acid detection technologies that are generally applicable in the diagnostic procedures for Penaeus monodon baculovirus disease.
Penaeusmonodon-typebaculovirus (MBV), the reagents or materials, equipment, Sample, test procedure and result judgment.
This document is applicable to the qualitative detection of MBV infection in samples of each life stage of shrimp, to carry out the flow of baculovirus disease of Penaeus monodon. Perform disease investigation, diagnosis, quarantine and monitoring.
