GB/T 4023.2-2026 is the English-translated version of 半导体分立器件 第2部分：整流二极管.

This part of the series on discrete semiconductor devices concerns rectifier diodes. It is intended for manufacturers of diodes, power electronics designers, component buyers, test laboratories and quality engineers who need a shared description of how this device type is specified and verified. The standard adopts an international standard.

It is a recommended national standard (GB/T) and lists GB/T 4023-2015 as the document it replaces. That predecessor carries a different base number, which indicates that the series has been reorganized into parts. Users who previously worked to the 2015 text should therefore check how the material is now arranged.

Rectifier diodes convert alternating current to direct current in power supplies, chargers and drives, so a common basis for their ratings and testing matters to both makers and buyers.
