Scope
GB/T 40027-2021 is the English-translated version of 信息技术 信息设备互连 智能家用电子系统终端设备属性描述.
GB/T 40027-2021 gives a way to describe the terminal devices of a smart home electronics system, so that they can be connected to a unified access service platform.
A device is described by one or more services, and each service by attributes with a data type, a mandatory or optional status and parameters; similar devices can inherit services, as smart lighting inherits the switch and brightness services of ordinary lighting.
Annex A describes the basic services of devices from sockets, air conditioners and curtains to washing machines, rice cookers and water purifiers, and Annex B the additional services, such as gas, PM2.5 and formaldehyde detection, colour temperature, locks and water level monitoring.
It is meant for the design, development and application of smart home terminal devices. It was issued on 30 April 2021 and has applied since 1 November 2021.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for describing the attributes of the terminal equipment of the smart home electronic system, including the description of the basic service attributes of the terminal equipment and the attachments. Add service attribute description method.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Terminal device
A device with computing capability that can directly establish a communication connection with the service platform through an uplink interface.
3.2 Service
Describe the functions provided by the terminal equipment of the smart home electronic system for users.
Note: The elements of service include service name (ServiceName) and service type (ServiceType), and services are described by attributes.
3.3 Attribute
It is used to define the parameter values contained in the terminal equipment service of the smart home electronic system that can be used to control or present.
4 General description

5.2 Terminal equipment service attribute framework
