Scope

GB/T 40008.1-2021 is the English-translated version of 热水制备系统绩效评价与计算方法 第1部分:户用及类似用途热水制备系统.

GB/T 40008.1-2021 gives a method for evaluating and calculating the performance of household and similar hot water systems. It applies to systems heated by heat pump water heaters, gas instantaneous or storage water heaters and storage or instantaneous electric water heaters, and not to solar water heaters or combined solar systems.

The key figure is the annual heating energy utilisation rate: the hot water heat needed over a year divided by the energy input converted into primary energy, calculated from daily hot water demand, the days spent at each ambient temperature, tank heat loss and heater efficiency.

It also defines the annual heating performance factor (AHPF) of heat pump systems and names the product standards under which each type of heater is tested. It was issued on 30 April 2021 and has applied since 1 November 2021.

GB 20665-2015, GB 21519-2008, GB 29541-2013, GB/T 33757.1 and the following terms and definitions Applies to this document.

3.1 Hot water preparation system

An energy system composed of hot water heating equipment, storage equipment and pipelines.

3.2 Heat pump water heater hot water preparation system annual heating performance coefficient; AHPF

The ratio of the hot water energy obtained by the user side throughout the year to the electricity consumed by the heat pump hot water preparation system.

3.3 Primary energy ratio

The ratio of the heat obtained by the hot water production system to the energy consumed.

Note: The energy consumed is converted into primary energy.

4 Annual heating energy utilization rate

In a year, the ratio of the total heat of hot water required throughout the year to the total final energy input into the hot water production system converted into primary energy is calculated by Calculation of formula (1) and formula (2). Where.

eta s ---The ratio of the heat generated by the water heater to the converted heat of the primary energy consumed, the primary energy generation rate is calculated at 35%, The unit is kilojoules per kilojoule (kJ/kJ).

Wj --- The amount of hot water used by the household and the total hot water heat energy required per day, refer to Appendix A or test and determine according to the actual situation of the user; Table B.1 The total hot water energy required per day when the daily average temperature is tj, in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B, the unit is kilojoules per day (kJ/d).

nj --- the number of days when the daily average temperature number tj occurs in Table B.1, see Appendix B, the unit is day (d).

Wloss---The heat leakage loss of the water tank, the storage water heater is in the heat preservation stage after each heating, due to the existence of the heat leakage phenomenon of the water tank The heat loss caused by the rapid heating (direct heating) water heater tank leakage loss is zero, and the unit is kilojoules per day (kJ/d), see attached Record D.

a --- Primary energy conversion factor. Take 1 if the energy consumption is gas, and take 35% if the energy consumption is electric (primary energy power generation) rate).

eta ---The heating efficiency of the water heater. Heat pump water heaters have annual heating performance coefficient (AHPF, determined according to Appendix C), water storage type Electric water heaters are determined according to GB/T 20289-2006, fast heating electric water heaters are determined according to GB/T 26185-2010, household Gas instantaneous water heaters are determined in accordance with GB 6932-2015, and condensing household gas instantaneous water heaters are in accordance with CJ/T 336-2010 Confirmed, gas volumetric water heater is determined according to GB 18111-2000.

Tj,i,1---represents the actual hot water termination temperature when the water heater is running at the target termination temperature (41°C or 55°C) under the ambient temperature tj, single The position is in degrees Celsius (°C).

Note 1. Subscript j. corresponding to the ambient temperature interval j in Table B.1; subscript i. specified end water temperature (according to the provisions of this section, i is equal to 41 or 55); subscript 1.use When it means that the temperature is the end of heating, it is distinguished from the end temperature of the heat preservation in the formula (D.1) [Equation (D.1) replaces 1 with 2, which means the end of heat preservation].

Note 2. Due to experimental and control deviations, the actual hot water termination temperature cannot all be exactly 41°C or 55°C.

Tj,c --- the cold water temperature when the average daily temperature is j, in degrees Celsius (°C).

c --- The average specific heat capacity of water, the value of this formula is 4.187, the unit is joule per kilogram degrees Celsius [J/(kg·°C)].
