Scope
GB/T 33757.1-2017 is the English-translated version of 分布式冷热电能源系统的节能率 第1部分:化石能源驱动系统.
GB/T 33757.1-2017 is Part 1 of GB/T 33757 and fixes how the energy saving ratio of a distributed combined cooling, heating and power system is worked out.
It gives the technical requirements, the statistical scope and the calculation method for systems driven by gaseous or liquid fossil fuels, and it does not apply to systems driven by renewable or other non-fossil energy.
Clause 3 defines the distributed energy system of combined cooling, heating and power, the energy consumption in the reporting period Er, taken over twelve consecutive months, the adjusted energy consumption Ea, worked out for the same electricity, cooling and heat output from conventional separate supply, and the energy savings as the difference between the two.
It cites GB/T 18603 and GB/T 19022. Issued on 12 May 2017, it has applied since 1 December 2017.

Foreword
GB/T 33757 "Distributed cooling and cooling energy system energy efficiency" is divided into the following three parts.
- Part 1: Fossil energy drive systems;
- Part 2: Multi - energy complementary drive systems;
- Part 3: Non - fossil energy - driven systems.
This part is Part 1 of GB/T 33757.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 33757 specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and calculation method for the energy efficiency of distributed hot and cold energy systems.
This section applies to distributed hot and cold energy systems powered by gas or liquid fossil fuels.
This part does not apply to the use of renewable energy and other non-fossil energy-driven distributed hot and cold energy system.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Distributed hot and cold energy system
Close to the user settings, power generation and cascade use of power generation waste heat and/or heat, and in situ to the user output electricity, cold and/or hot energy system.
3.2 Energy consumption in the reporting period (Er)
The total energy consumption of the distributed hot and cold energy system under operating conditions is calculated for 12 consecutive months.
3.3 Calibration energy consumption (Ea)
Based on the operating conditions during the reporting period, the same energy, cold and/or heat supply as the distributed hot and cold energy systems, Using conventional independent power supply, cooling and heating, with reference to the power system design and construction of thermal design of the geographical division of the standard calculated Total energy consumption.
3.4 Energy saving
The difference between the energy consumption of the calibration and the energy consumption in the reporting period.
