1 Scope

GB/T 40006.12-2025 is the Chinese national standard covering recycled acrylic - the characterisation of the regrind, the residual monomer and the yellowing that repeated processing brings, and the designation system that tells a moulder what he is actually buying. Part 12 of the recycled plastics series, first edition. It was issued on 2 December 2025 and has been in force since 1 July 2026, as a first edition. The document is under the responsibility of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
