Scope
GB/T 39961-2021 is the English-translated version of 滚珠丝杠副 支承结构型式尺寸.
GB/T 39961-2021 specifies the types and dimensions of the shaft-end support structures of ball screws with nominal diameters from 16 mm to 100 mm and no more than five circuits of loaded balls.
Its general requirements give the tolerance zones and surface roughness Ra of the support journal d3 and of the journal d4 for each ball screw accuracy class, and the standard then sets out the types and sizes of the support structures themselves.
An informative annex covers the types and sizes of spacer rings and seal rings. It applies to ball screws used on machine tools and other machinery, and relies on the terms of GB/T 17587.1-2017, GB/T 6930-2002 and related geometrical product specification standards. Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the nominal diameter of 16 mm~100 mm, the supporting structure type of the ball screw pair with the number of load ball circles not more than 5 circles And size.
This standard applies to ball screws used on machine tools and other machinery.
