Scope

GB/T 39983-2021 is the English-translated version of 滚珠圆弧导轨副验收技术条件.

GB/T 39983-2021 gives the acceptance specifications for ball arc guides, the guide and support assemblies made of an arc rail, an arc slider and balls that allow motion along an arc.

It covers accuracy classes, models, installation dimensions, accuracy inspection, appearance quality, marking, rust prevention, packaging and transport. It applies to ball arc guides with balls as rolling elements, and arc guides with other rolling elements can refer to it.

The appearance clauses require a compact assembly free of rust, bumps and scratches, and the marking on a non-working surface shows the trademark, model, factory number and reference rail symbol.

Rust protection has to last at least two years, and packaging follows JB/T 3207-2005 and GB/T 191-2008. It was issued on 30 April 2021 and has applied since 1 November 2021.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the precision grade, model, installation size, precision inspection, appearance quality, logo, anti-rust packaging and transport.

This standard applies to ball arc guide rails with balls as rolling elements. The rolling body is other forms of rolling arc guide rail pairs can also refer to use.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 General terms and definitions

3.1.1 Ball arc guide pair

It is composed of an arc guide rail, an arc slider and a ball, which can be used as a guide and support component for arc motion. See Figure 1 and Figure 2.

Note: The actual design does not have to be consistent with the structure shown in Figure 1.

8 Appearance quality

8.1 The ball and arc guide pair should have a compact structure and beautiful appearance under the conditions of ensuring strength and rigidity, and there should be no rust, bumps, scratches, etc. on the surface.

There should be no rust or blockage in all installation holes.

8.2 Returners and seals should not be misaligned.

8.3 After installation of the counterbore gland of the ball arc guide rail pair installation hole, it should not be higher than the surface of the arc guide rail.

9 Signs

Permanent and clear marks shall be engraved on the non-working surface of the ball arc guide pair. The content of the logo includes trademark, model, and factory order Number and reference rail symbol.

10 Rust prevention, packaging and transportation

10.1 Rust prevention

10.1.1 The anti-rust of the ball guide rail pair should be carried out in a clean and non-corrosive environment.

10.1.2 The ball and arc guide rail pair should be cleaned. After checking that there is no visible rust, dirt, oil, sweat, etc., anti-rust treatment should be carried out immediately.

10.1.3 After anti-rust treatment, the anti-rust period of the ball guide rail pair shall be no less than 2 years.

10.2 Packaging and transportation

10.2.1 The packaging of the ball guide rail pair requires moisture-proof, vibration-proof, safe and firm, convenient transportation, and should meet the requirements of JB/T 3207-2005. Related regulations.

10.2.2 The external graphic mark of the packaging box shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 191-2008. The size and quality of the packing box should meet the requirements of the Ministry of Transport The relevant provisions of the door.

10.2.3 Products that have undergone anti-rust treatment should pass through inner packaging. The inner packaging should be able to prevent the entry of corrosive gases and corrosive substances. In-pack The installed product should be fixed in the packing box with supporting blocks, and the number of supporting blocks used for positioning of each set of ball arc guide rail pair shall not be less than two per meter.

It is not allowed to move, move or bend deformation of the ball arc guide rail pair during transportation.

10.2.4 The accompanying documents, including the certificate of conformity, instruction manual, and packing list, should be provided with one copy of each.
