This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, test methods, and test methods for the functional reliability test of tool magazines and automatic exchange devices (hereinafter referred to as tool magazines). Reliability assessment.
This standard applies to the reliability determination test and compliance test of the disc tool magazine and chain tool magazine with automatic exchange devices for machining centers.
Tool magazines for other machine tools and other types of tool magazines can also be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 23568.1-2009 apply to this document.
3.1 Fixed times censored test timesstruncatedtest
In order to shorten the number of tests, the test will be stopped after a certain number of times.
3.2 Mean time between failures
MTBF The average number of operations between two adjacent faults.
4 General requirements
4.1 Test environment
4.1.1 The test environment should meet the following requirements.
a) Ambient temperature. 10°C~35°C;
b) Relative humidity. 35%~75%;
c) Atmospheric pressure. 86kPa~106kPa.
4.1.2 The operating voltage is maintained at 85%~110% of the rated value.
4.2 Test equipment
The testing instruments and measuring instruments used in the test shall be verified or calibrated by the statutory metrology department designated by the state, and shall have a verification or calibration certificate.
4.3 Test device
The reliability test device used should be safe and reliable, and should meet the test requirements.
