3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 4146.2, GB/T 5705, GB/T 5706, GB/T 5707, and the following apply to this document.
3.1 Textilewaste
Textile materials and products discarded during production and use.
Note. Waste textiles include waste textiles and old textiles.
3.2 Waste textile
Waste materials generated during the production and processing of textile materials and their products (such as spinning, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, cutting, etc.).
3.3 Old textile
Obsolete textile products.
Note. Old textiles include obsolete clothing, home textiles, industrial textiles and other textile products.
3.4 Cotton textile waste textile
Waste textiles with cotton fiber as the main body.
3.5 Woolentextilewaste
Waste textiles with wool fibers as the main body.
