Introduction

GB/T 38664 "Information Technology Big Data Government Affairs Data Open Sharing" is proposed to consist of four parts.

--- Part 1: General. The purpose is to establish the reference framework and general requirements for open sharing of government data, and guide GB/T 38664 other parts.

--- Part 2: Basic requirements. The purpose is to establish network facilities, data resources, platform facilities and security for open and shared government data. Basic requirements for full assurance, detailing network facility requirements, data resource requirements, platform facility requirements and security assurance in Part 1 Require.

--- Part 3: Evaluation of openness. The purpose is to establish the evaluation principles, evaluation index system and evaluation index system of government data openness evaluation. Evaluation methods that underpin the management evaluation requirements in Part 1.

--- Part 4: Shared evaluation. The purpose is to establish the evaluation content and evaluation method of government data sharing, and support the Manage evaluation requirements.

This document specifies the evaluation content and evaluation methods of government data sharing.

This document applies to the evaluation activities of government data sharing.
