6.1 Evaluation method

To ensure the scientific, objective and comprehensive evaluation conclusions, a variety of evaluation methods can be used, including qualitative evaluation, quantitative evaluation, and on-site evaluation.

6.2 Index calculation

Refer to the indicator descriptions and indicator weights in the indicator weight table (see Appendix A), and score the evaluation objects item by item.
