1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determination of 47 allergenic fragrances in toy materials.

2 Principle
After the sample preparation, dichloromethane was used for ultrasonic extraction at room temperature. After the extract was filtered through a membrane, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer was used.
(GC-MS) determination, quantification by external standard method.
3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Dichloromethane
chromatographically pure.
3.2 Standards
The purity is not less than 90.0%. For information about allergenic fragrance standards, see Table A.1 in Appendix A.
3.3 Standard stock solutions (1000mg/L each)
Accurately weigh appropriate amounts of each standard (3.2) and prepare with dichloromethane (3.1)
The standard stock solutions with a concentration of 1000mg/L were stored at 4 °C.
3.4 Standard mixed working solution
47 dilutions of standard stock solution (3.3) are mixed and diluted with dichloromethane (3.1) by using stepwise dilution
Standard mixed working solutions with a mass concentration of 0.5mg/L, 2mg/L, 10mg/L, 30mg/L and 50mg/L, used to make standards curve.
3.5 Microporous membrane
organic phase, pore size 0.22µm.
4 Equipment
4.1 Gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer
with EI source.
4.2 Analytical balance
accurate to 0.1 mg.

The rotation speed is not less than 6000r/min.
