1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and principle of test methods, test equipment, test environment, test procedures and test numbers for the optical axis parallelism of multiple optical paths.

2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1 Multiple optical path optoelectronic equipment
Those with two or more visible/infrared imaging systems at the same time, or laser emission systems and visible/infrared imaging systems at the same time
Optoelectronic equipment.
2.2 Optical axis parallelism
Consistency of multiple optical paths pointing at infinite targets.
2.3 Pixel angular resolution
The ratio of the detector's single pixel size to the focal length of the optical system.
2.4 Laser to infrared target
A device that converts a beam emitted by a laser emission system into a hot spot that can be received by an infrared imaging system.
3 Test method classification and principle
3.1 Classification of test methods
Test methods fall into two categories.
a) full caliber coverage method;
b) Beam splitting method.
3.2 Full-caliber coverage test principle
Align the parallel beams emitted by the large-diameter parallel light tube to the systems in the multi-optical device of the multi-path under test at the same time to achieve the optical axis of each system
Parallelism test. Ensure that the clear aperture of the parallel light pipe completely covers the clear aperture of each system. The principle of full-caliber overlay method is shown in Figure 1.
