1 Scope
This standard specifies the content, principles, planning, standards, data, mechanism and machine tool CNC system products for machine tool CNC system reliability management.
Requirements for full lifecycle reliability management.
This standard applies to machine tool numerical control systems (hereinafter referred to as CNC systems or products).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Machine numerical control system
A control system that controls the machining functions of the machine using numerical control.
Note 1. Rewrite GB/T 26220-2010, definition 3.1.
Note 2. The machine numerical control system generally includes hardware devices and corresponding software. The numerical control system of the machine tool is mainly composed of numerical control device (also called control unit) and driving device.
(motor drive unit and motor, sensor) and other components. The numerical control device is the main part of the machine numerical control system, mainly including the microprocessor and the operation.
Dynamic (location) controller, memory, input/output (I/O) interface and communication, human machine interface (display and keyboard), operating buttons (buttons), etc. (and /
Or circuit) and their corresponding control software.
Note 3. There are several classification methods for machine tool numerical control systems. According to different functions, machine tool numerical control systems are usually divided into three types. simple type, high performance type and popular type;
According to different application processes, it can be divided into two types. dedicated and general-purpose numerical control systems; according to the different forms of feedback control, it can be divided into open-loop control and closed-loop control.
Two kinds; according to the different processing control methods, it can be divided into three types. point control, line control and contour control.
3.2 Reliability
The ability of the CNC system to perform specified functions under specified conditions and within a specified time interval.
Note 1. It is generally considered that the numerical control system is in a state in which the required function can be completed at the beginning of the time interval. Although the magnitude of reliability exists objectively,
However, in practice, the limited sample observation data is usually used, and the estimated value is obtained through statistical calculation. The magnitude of reliability is also known as reliability.
Note 2. Rewrite GB/T 29545-2013, definition 3.1.
3.3 Reliability management
A general term for the various management activities required to determine and achieve the required product reliability characteristics.
3.4 Maintenance
A combination of all technical and management activities to maintain or restore a product in a state where it can perform the required function, including supervision […]
