1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the use and maintenance of machine tool numerical control systems.

This standard applies to machine tool numerical control systems.

2 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

2.1 Machine CNC System

A control system that uses numerical control to control machine tool processing functions.

Note 1.Machine tool numerical control systems generally include hardware devices and corresponding software. The machine tool numerical control system is mainly composed of a numerical control device (also called a control unit) and a driving device (Motor drive unit and motor, sensor) and other components. The numerical control device is the main part of the machine tool numerical control system, which mainly includes a microprocessor, a

Moving (position) controller, memory, input/output (I/O) and communication interface, man-machine interface (display and keyboard), operating buttons (keys) and other hardware (and/

Or circuit) and corresponding control software.

Note 2.There are multiple classification methods for machine tool numerical control systems. According to different functions, machine tool CNC systems are usually divided into three types. simple type, high-performance type and popular type;

According to the different application technology, it can be divided into two kinds of special and general CNC systems; according to the different feedback control forms, it can be divided into open loop control and semi-closed loop control.

There are three types of control and closed-loop control; according to the different processing control methods, it can be divided into three types. point control, linear control and contour control.

Note 3.Rewrite JB/T 11989-2014, definition 2.1.3.

3 Use and maintenance of machine tool numerical control system

3.1 Overview

"Using" refers to the practice and process of the machine tool numerical control system user to realize the processing, testing, inspection, learning and other purposes, to make the machine tool numerical control system run and complete tasks.

"Maintenance" means maintenance and protection, and its purpose is to check and confirm the hidden dangers that affect the normal operation of the CNC system of the machine tool and correct them.

And recovery, so that the CNC system of the machine tool maintains a normal working state. The focus of maintenance is to check and confirm, and to correct and restore the hidden dangers.

The machine tool numerical control system often runs in conjunction with its control object (such as machine tool), and there is a complex structure and functional relationship between the two.

The use and maintenance of the system therefore involve two levels of the machine tool CNC system itself and its control objects. The use and maintenance of the control objects of the machine tool numerical control system are outside the scope of this standard.

3.2 Technical requirements

As two important links in the life cycle of machine tool numerical control systems, there is a close relationship between use and maintenance. Performance of both

Pros and cons will affect each other. The overall situation of use and maintenance directly affects the reliability of the CNC system of the machine tool.

If the manufacturer of the machine tool numerical control system has no special requirements, the use and maintenance of the machine tool numerical control system should meet the following basic principles.

a) Integrity. The machine tool CNC system has complete parts, cables, pipes, etc.;

b) Cleanliness. The inside and outside of the CNC system of the machine tool are clean, free of stains, corrosion, grease, bruises, processing garbage, oil and electricity leakage;

Tools and accessories are placed neatly;
