GB/T 38118-2019 is the English-translated version of 地表水快速检测移动实验室通用技术规范.

GB/T 38118-2019 fixes the technical requirements and test methods for mobile laboratories used in the rapid testing of surface water, together with their terms and definitions and the provisions on signs, documents, transport and storage.

Clause 1 applies it to land-based mobile laboratories used for the rapid determination of surface water parameters, and the page records no exclusions.

The standard was proposed and is managed by the National Mobile Laboratories Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC509), and the drafting bodies are environmental monitoring stations together with measurement and control, environmental protection and special vehicle manufacturers.

It carries ICS code 19.020 and Chinese classification Z04, was issued on 18 October 2019 and has applied since 1 May 2020.
