Foreword

GB/T 3810 "ceramic tile test method" is divided into 16 parts.

- Part 1. Sampling and receiving conditions;

- Part 2. Inspection of dimensions and surface quality;

- Part 3. Determination of water absorption, apparent porosity, apparent relative density and bulk density;

- Part 4. Determination of fracture modulus and failure strength;

- Part 5. Determining the impact resistance of a brick with a recovery factor;

- Part 6. Determination of wear depth of unglazed tiles;

- Part 7. Determination of abrasion resistance of glazed tiles;

- Part 8. Determination of linear thermal expansion;

- Part 9. Determination of thermal shock resistance;

- Part 10. Determination of wet expansion;

- Part 11. Determination of glaze resistance of glazed tiles;

- Part 12. Determination of frost resistance;

- Part 13. Determination of resistance to chemical corrosion;

- Part 14. Determination of resistance to contamination;

- Part 15. Determination of lead and cadmium elution of glazed tiles;

- Part 16. Determination of small chromatic aberration.

This part is part 1 of GB/T 3810.

This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part replaces GB/T 3810.1-2006 "Ceramic tile test method Part 1. Sampling and receiving conditions".

This part of the main changes compared with GB/T 3810.1-2006 as follows.

- modified scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2006 edition);

- modified the reference and reference files for the normative reference (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the 2006 edition);

- modified the terminology of the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the 2006 edition);

- a sampling scheme for the modification of the coefficient of friction (see Table 1, version 1.2 of Table 1);

--- modified the small color of the sampling program (see Table 1,2006 version of Table 1).

This section uses the re-drafting method to modify ISO 10545-1.:2014 "Ceramic Tile Part 1. Sampling and Receiving Conditions" (English Version).

The main differences between this section and ISO 10545-1.:2014 are as follows.

--- Standard name changed to "Ceramic tile test method Part 1. Sampling and receiving conditions";

--- Added normative reference documents (see Chapter 2);

--- increase the gloss of the sampling and receiving conditions;

--- increase the side length of not less than 600mm brick sample size requirements, requiring a sample size of at least 10, and the area is not less than 1m2.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 3810 specifies the terms and definitions of ceramic tile sampling and receiving conditions, principles, composition of inspection lot, inspection Sampling, inspection, of the receiving rules and receiving reports.
