1 Scope
This standard specifies the functions, performance, interface, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility and availability of the Beidou satellite timing terminal (referred to as the timing terminal).

3.2 Frequency accuracy
Outputs the relative deviation of the actual frequency value from its nominal value.

The random fluctuation of the average frequency during the sampling time.
