3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Wind tower windmeasurementtower
Sensors for wind speed, wind direction, and wind data recorders are used to measure tower structures for wind energy parameters.
3.2 Reanalysis data
The meteorological analysis data obtained by assimilation analysis of various meteorological observations using the numerical model as a tool.
3.3 Representative year data
Wind farm observation data analysis and processing, and its wind energy resource parameters can represent a set of complete annual data of the wind farm's multi-year average.
4 Information requirements
4.1 Wind farm data
4.1.1 Wind tower observation data
The measured data of wind speed, wind direction, air temperature and air pressure of the wind farm shall be obtained in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 of GB/T 18709-2002.
4.1.2 Wind Tower Setting and Maintenance Information
It should include basic information of the wind tower and instrument, instrument verification report, detection environment and its changes.
