Scope
GB/T 37060-2018 is the English-translated version of 农产品流通信息管理技术通则.
GB/T 37060-2018 lays down general technical rules for managing information on the circulation of agricultural products, through acquisition, initial processing, trading, storage and transportation.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, information content, collection requirements, storage requirements, exchange requirements, and use of agricultural product circulation information management. Seek filing requirements.
This standard applies to the management of information in the process of acquisition, initial processing, trading, storage and transportation in the circulation of agricultural products.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Agricultural products circulation
A series of activities for the transfer of agricultural products from the agricultural production to the consumption sector through the sale and purchase, including acquisition, initial processing, and Easy, storage and transportation.
3.2 Agricultural product circulation information
Information generated along with agricultural product circulation activities and serving circulation activities, including text, graphics, voice, images, videos, etc.
4 General requirements
4.1 Collect, store, exchange, use and archive the circulation information according to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations and standards.
4.2 The key information of each circulation link should be accurately recorded.
4.3 It shall be ensured that the information provider, equipment or system in each link provides the reliability of the circulation information.
4.4 The key information of each link should be recorded in real time according to the circulation link to ensure the timeliness of the information.
4.5 The circulation information of agricultural products shall be completely recorded, including the original records of circulation information and the traces of revision, so as to ensure uninterrupted information of all links, and should be adopted. Electronically recorded and managed.
