This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, data collection and coding format of the data interface specification of the industrial park circular economy information public platform. And information exchange requirements.
This standard applies to the design and development of the public platform for circular economy information in industrial parks.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Industrial park
The area where a number of industrial enterprises are gathered is an important form of spatial aggregation for regional economic development, industrial adjustment and upgrading.
Note: The specific forms of industrial parks mainly include high-tech zones, development zones, science and technology parks, industrial parks, industrial bases, characteristic industrial parks, industrial and technological new cities.
3.2 Monitoring terminal
Intelligent sensing, acquisition, and short-distance transmission of information on energy, water, wastewater, waste gas, waste, and environmental data in industrial parks And equipment such as on-site control, automation control equipment and related sensors.
3.3 Data collector
A hardware device that collects data from an IntelliSense system and transmits it over the network to a monitoring platform within a building or area.
3.4 Information type
Classification information for parameters or data.
