This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the redrafting method to refer to ISO 17123-3.2001 "Optical and optical instruments geodetic instrument field test procedures

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, grades and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and standards of the electronic theodolite product series.

One-way horizontal deviation standard deviation standarddeviationofhorizontaldirectioninanobservationset
The horizontal direction observation of several rounds is performed on several targets, and the obtained standard deviation is calculated to the value of a roundabout direction.
