Scope
GB/T 36300-2018 is the English-translated version of 遥感卫星快视数据格式规范.
GB/T 36300-2018 specifies the format of quick look data from remote sensing satellites, the quick view images produced from raw downlink data for display and checking.
It defines terms such as virtual channel, header information, frame header information and quick view image data, lists the abbreviations, and sets the basic requirements for the file structure, the header information and the quick view information.
It also fixes the file naming rules, with the structure, naming rule and field requirements, and gives informative annexes with a sample data format and file name examples.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, abbreviations, basic rules of data formats and document naming rules for remote sensing satellites.
This standard applies to the formation, transmission, display processing and data management of remote sensing satellite fast-view data, to meet real-time or non-real-time data processing. Requirements.

3 Terms and definitions, abbreviations
3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 31011-2014 apply to this document.
3.1.1 Virtual channel
In a physical downlink data channel of the satellite, a channel for transmitting various sensor data is implemented by using a tag identifier method.
3.1.2 Header information
Metadata describing the quick view data in the form of a header file.
3.1.3 Frame header information
The additional information required for the quick view display processing is used to describe the data state of the frame.
3.1.4 Quick view image data
The original data of the remote sensing satellite is subjected to image processing such as frame synchronization, decoding, imaging, sampling (optional), and format formation.
3.1.5 Processed data
Imaging and spectral restoration processing data for synthetic aperture radar (SAR), hyperspectral, and other types of sensor data.
