Scope

GB/T 36273-2018 is the English-translated version of 智能变电站继电保护和安全自动装置数字化接口技术规范.

GB/T 36273-2018 sets out the digital interfaces of the relay protection and security automatic devices installed in smart substations.

It covers the virtual terminal interfaces, the physical interfaces of the process layer, the configuration of the pressure plates (platens), the modelling of the secondary circuits of the process layer, the requirements placed on related equipment and the project configuration files, with an informative annex on the format of loop example configuration files.

It applies to relay protection and security automatic devices of 110 kV (66 kV) and higher voltage classes in smart substations, and draws on GB/T 14285, GB/T 30155, GB/T 32890, DL/T 282 and the DL/T 860 series.

Device manufacturers, design institutes and grid operators use it when designing and integrating these devices. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the virtual terminal interface specification for smart substation relay protection and safety automation devices, the physical interface specification for the process layer, and the pressure plate Configuration, process layer secondary loop modeling, requirements for related equipment, project configuration files.

This standard is applicable to various relay protection and safety automatic devices of 110kV (66kV) and above voltage classes in smart substations.

The device is referred to as "device" below and is referenced to a device with a voltage rating of 110 kV (66 kV) or less.
