Scope
GB/T 36247-2018 is the English-translated version of 基于模型的航空装备研制 企业数字化能力等级.
GB/T 36247-2018 is one of six Chinese national standards on model-based development of aviation equipment, and it sets out a model of the digital capability level of the enterprises that develop such equipment.
It specifies the requirements for the functional model of digital capability and for its indicator elements, with capability levels defined by how far data are reused and integrated across the working environment.
Terms come from GB/T 18725, and the abbreviations used include MOI, PLM, PMI and TDP.
It is intended for evaluating and continuously improving the digital capability of aviation equipment developers, and works alongside the companion standards on data exchange, technical data packages, capability evaluation, data release and digital product definition. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword
The "model-based aviation equipment development" series of standards includes six items.
GB/T 36247 model-based digital capability level of aviation equipment development enterprises;
GB/T 36248 model-based aviation equipment development data exchange;
GB/T 36249 model-based aviation equipment development technical data package;
GB/T 36250 model-based evaluation of digital capability level of aviation equipment development enterprises;
GB/T 36251 model-based aviation equipment development data release and reception;
GB/T 36252 Model-based guidelines for the development of digital products for aviation equipment development.
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the functional model and indicator elements of the digital capability level of aerospace equipment development enterprises based on models.
This standard is applicable to the evaluation and continuous improvement of digital capability level of model-based aviation equipment development enterprises.
