Foreword

The "model-based aviation equipment development" series of standards includes six items.

GB/T 36247 Model-based avionics development enterprise digitization capability level;

GB/T 36248 model-based development of aeronautical equipment for data exchange;

GB/T 36249 model-based aviation equipment development technology data package;

GB/T 36250 model-based evaluation of digital capabilities of aviation equipment development companies;

GB/T 36251 model-based development and distribution of aerial equipment development data;

GB/T 36252 Model-based aeronautical equipment for the development of digital product definition guidelines.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the evaluation principles, methods, and forms for the digital capability level of model-based aviation equipment development companies, and gives evaluations. And improvement process and application examples.

This standard is applicable to the evaluation and continuous improvement of digital capabilities of model-based aviation equipment development companies.

4 Evaluation Principles

The digital capability evaluation process should follow the following principles.

a) Scientific. evaluation methods and evaluation indicators should be scientific and reasonable;

b) Orientation. Evaluation should be conducive to the improvement and development of digitalization of enterprises;

c) Targeted. Different types of companies can adopt different evaluation programs for the characteristics of the company;

d) Unity. adopt a unified index system for the same or similar evaluations and implement a unified evaluation procedure;

e) Objectivity. The evaluation should respect the actual situation of the company and be based on objective data;

f) Impartiality. It is necessary to standardize and monitor the evaluation process to prevent falsification.
