Scope

GB/T 36240-2018 is the English-translated version of 离子色谱仪.

GB/T 36240-2018 is the Chinese national standard for ion chromatographs fitted with conductivity, UV-visible or electrochemical detectors. It specifies requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

The requirements start from normal working conditions of 15 °C to 35 °C, 20% to 85% relative humidity and a 220 V ± 22 V, 50 Hz ± 0.5 Hz supply, then cover appearance, the infusion pump, whose pressure must reach at least 90% of the nominal value with a drop of no more than 5 MPa ten minutes after stopping, flow setting and flow stability errors, the thermostat system, detectors, overall performance, safety, electromagnetic compatibility and environmental adaptability.

Annexes cover solution preparation and reference ion chromatograms. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of ion chromatographs.

This standard applies to ion chromatographs (hereinafter referred to as instruments), including conductivity detectors, UV-visible detectors and electrochemical detectors.

3 Requirements

3.1 Normal working conditions

The instrument should work properly under the following conditions.

a) Ambient temperature. 15 ° C ~ 35 ° C;

b) Relative humidity. 20%~85%;

c) Power supply. voltage 220V ± 22V, frequency 50Hz ± 0.5Hz;

d) The room should be clean and dust-free, and the exhaust air should be good. The instrument should be placed on the workbench smoothly without strong mechanical vibration and electromagnetic drying around. Disturbance source

3.2 Appearance

3.2.1 The appearance of the instrument should be flat, the writing should be clear, the surface should be coated with uniform color, and there should be no obvious scratches, exposed bottoms, cracks, blistering, etc.

3.2.2 Each adjustment knob, button, switch, etc. works normally, without looseness; the indication and display should be clear and complete.

3.3 Infusion pump

3.3.1 The infusion line and the interface should be tight and tight, and there is no leakage within the specified allowable pressure range. Pump pressure should not be less than the nominal pressure of the instrument 90% of the value, 10 minutes after stopping the pump, the pressure drop should not exceed 5MPa.

3.3.2 Flow setting error (SS) and flow stability error (SR) shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.
