GB/T 36145-2018 covers profiled stainless steel sheets for building roofs and wall cladding, including stainless steel tiles. It sets the model designation, with the use code W or Q followed by wave height, pitch and cover width, the ordering information, plate types and connections, and the technical requirements.
The substrate is cold-rolled stainless steel plate or strip at least 0.4 mm thick, in austenitic, ferritic and austenitic-ferritic grades, with PE, SMP, PUR or PVDF organic coatings where needed.
Tolerances on profile and section dimensions, surface quality, inspection and acceptance, packaging, marking, transport, storage and the quality certificate follow.
Annexes give physical and mechanical properties, chemical composition, surface finishes, recommended environments for each grade and a method for measuring shape and section dimensions. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 February 2019.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model representation methods, ordering content, plate type and construction, and technology of stainless steel profiled panels for construction. Technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates.
This standard applies to stainless steel profiled panels (hereinafter referred to as compression moldings) for building roofing, wall covering, etc., including stainless steel pressing tiles.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this document. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Stainless steel profile plate
A stainless steel plate or a steel strip is formed by roll bending or cold forming, and a formed plate or tile having a wave-shaped cross section is formed along the width direction of the plate.
3.2 Stainless steel substrate
The surface of the substrate can be plated without the cold-formed or cold-formed stainless steel sheet or strip.
3.3 Stainless steel coated plate
Coated stainless steel sheet continuously coated on a surface-pretreated stainless steel substrate and then baked and cured Or steel belt.
3.4 Lap plate
The longitudinal side of the forming plate is a pressing edge which can be mutually engaged, and the plate and the plate are naturally overlapped and then connected with the fixing bracket or the supporting structure through the fastener. Profiled plate.
3.5 Clip-lock panel
The longitudinal edges of the forming plate are press-shaped edges which can be overlapped with each other, and the plate and the plate are assembled by crimping and connected to the supporting structure through the fixing bracket. Profiled plate.
3.6 Standing seam panel
The longitudinal side of the forming plate is a press-type edge which can be overlapped with each other, and after the plate and the plate are naturally overlapped, the special machine is crimped along the length direction, and is passed through. A profiled plate that is attached to the support structure via a mounting bracket.
3.7 Coverage width
The effective use width of the profiled plate. Referred to as the board width.
4 Classification and model representation
4.1 Profiled board classification and code
4.1.1 The profiled panels are divided into roofing panels and wall panels according to their purposes. The models are composed of two parts. the use code and the plate type feature code.
4.1.2 The use code of the profiled board is as follows.
a) The roof panel use code is indicated by the initial letter "W" of the word "house" in Chinese Pinyin;
b) The wall panel usage code is represented by the initial letter "Q" of the "wall" Chinese pinyin.
4.1.3 The plate type feature code is represented by the combination of wave height (mm), pitch (mm) and coverage width (mm) of the profiled plate.
4.2 Profile type indication method
Example 1. A roofing profiled plate having a wave height h of 51 mm, a pitch d of 360 mm, and a cover width B of 720 mm, codenamed W51-360-720.
Example 2. A wall profiled sheet having a wave height h of 35 mm, a pitch d of 250 mm, and a cover width B of 750 mm, code-named Q35-250-750.
