1 Scope

This document specifies the grade designation, ordering details, manufacturing process, technical requirements, and testing procedures for steel plates and strips used in mineral powder and slurry conveying pipes.

Methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates.

This document applies to hot-rolled steel plates and strips with a thickness of 6.0mm to 40mm and their shears used in the manufacture of welded steel pipes for conveying mineral powder and slurry.

Cut steel plates (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips), and use steel plates and steel strips for other slurry conveying pipes in the same way.
