This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part

1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 36077-2018 "Six Sigma Management Evaluation Criteria". Compared with GB/T 36077-2018, except for structural adjustments... Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Change "Six Sigma" to "Lean Six Sigma";

b) The framework diagram has been modified, and numbering has been added to the evaluation items (see Figure 1 in 0.3, Figure 1 in the.2018 version of 0.3);

c) Abbreviations have been added (see 3.2). Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. 0.1 General Provisions Implementing Lean Six Sigma management is a complex and systematic project. To comprehensively evaluate an organization's implementation of Lean Six Sigma management... The maturity of management practices helps evaluate the effectiveness of Lean Six Sigma implementation within an organization, facilitating the identification of strengths and areas for improvement in Lean Six Sigma implementation. This document is specifically formulated to provide opportunities for continuous improvement in Lean Six Sigma management within the organization and to build a platform for mutual learning. This document is based on the actual situation of Lean Six Sigma management in my country, and refers to relevant evaluation methods and research on Lean Six Sigma management abroad. The results are summarized in seven aspects. Lean Six Sigma leadership, customer-driven approach, implementation planning, project management, evaluation and incentives, infrastructure, and implementation outcomes. This document outlines the evaluation requirements for Lean Six Sigma management, providing a systematic framework and self-evaluation criteria for organizations implementing Lean Six Sigma management. This can also serve as a basis for organizations to evaluate suppliers' Lean Six Sigma management and for third-party Lean Six Sigma management evaluations.

0.2 Core Concepts This document is built upon the following interrelated core concepts that organizations can use to guide the implementation of Lean Six Sigma. manage.
