c) GS1128 barcode simulation. when the reader is set in the GS1128 analog mode, the number of codes of the DataBar barcode series symbol is transmitted.
It is like transmitting encoded data of one or more GS1128 symbols.
4.4 Symbol structure
Each DataBar barcode symbol includes an outer guard, a data character, and a locator.
The protection characters at both ends of the DataBar-14 barcode and the extended DataBar barcode are each a strip/empty pair or an empty/pair pair of 2 orders Module unit composition. The layered DataBar and the layered extended DataBar have guards at each end of each line of the symbol. Limited DataBar barcodes are proprietary to prevent misreading. The printing precautions for the outer guard unit are given in Appendix B, B.1.
Each symbol has two or more data characters, each of which takes the (n, k) structure. The value of the data symbol is formed by mathematical operations Encoded data.
The locator is a set of strips for identification and confirmation by the reader to determine the relative position of the unit. Each symbol contains one or more Locators, locators also have the role of checksums and segment identifiers.
All DataBar barcode symbols contain a connection flag. If the connection flag is "1", the DataBar as a one-dimensional part The code and its adjacent GS1 composite code separator shall be aligned with the 2D portion in accordance with ISO /IEC 24723.
4.5 DataBar barcode bar setting
The bar of the DataBar bar code symbol cannot be inverted. The bar must be dark, and the space must be light. If it is placed, the reader will not be able to Sub-protection causes misunderstanding.
5 DataBar-14 bar code symbol requirements
5.1 Basic characteristics of DataBar-14 barcode
The DataBar-14 barcode symbol can encode.20000000000000 (2 x 10^13) values. Each value consists of 14 digits.
The first bit is the connection flag. If the value is greater than or equal to 10000000000000 (1 x 10^13), the connection flag is "1" and the last 13 digits are added.
An implied checksum constitutes the 14-bit global trade item code that contains the wrapper indicator. For example, the value 10001234567890 The corresponding trade item code is 00012345678905.
The DataBar-14 bar code symbol can be scanned and decoded in 4 segments and then recombined, which is suitable for omnidirectional scanning.
Example: Figure 1 shows an example of a separate omnidirectional DataBar-14.
In the data of Figure 1, the first (01) is the implicit application identifier, not encoded in the symbol; the last digit 9 is a modulo 10 The calculated check code is not encoded in the symbol. See Appendix C for the calculation of the check code.
5.2 Symbol Structure of DataBar-14 Barcode
5.2.1 Structure Overview
The DataBar-14 barcode symbol is divided into 8 areas with a total of 96 modules. The eight regions are from left to right. left guard, data symbol 1. Left locator, data character 2, data symbol 4, right locator, data symbol 3, and right guard. The structure is shown in Figure 2. Eight areas The bars, spaces and modules are as follows.
a) Left guard. consists of 1 module wide empty and 1 module wide strip;
b) Data character 1. consists of 4 blocks of 4 spaces and 4 bars, (n, k) = (16, 4);
c) Left locator. consists of 3 modules with 3 spaces and 4 bars;
d) Data 2. consists of 4 modules with 4 bars and 4 spaces, (n, k) = (15, 4);
e) Data 4. consists of 4 modules with 4 bars and 4 spaces, (n, k) = (15, 4);
f) Right locator. consists of 3 modules with 2 bars and 2 spaces;
g) Data symbol 3. consists of 4 blocks of 4 spaces and 4 bars, (n, k) = (16, 4);
h) Right side guard. consists of 1 module wide empty and 1 module wide strip.
The data character 1 and the data symbol 2 are the left data symbol pairs; the data symbols 3 and 4 are the right data symbol pairs.
Note: The arrows in the figure indicate the direction in which each character unit is sorted.
The entire symbol consists of 46 units with a total of 96 modules, see Appendix D. Omnidirectional DataBar barcode character in omnidirectional scanning environment The symbol height of the number should be greater than or equal to 33 module widths (X size).
Note: For (n, k) barcodes, the module width is the X dimension (X).
The leftmost empty or rightmost bar of the omnidirectional DataBar bar code symbol has the same color as the adjacent background area, then the first Or the last unit may appear wider than 1 module, but will not affect the reading of symbols.
5.2.2 Data Structure
The module of each data symbol is grouped into an (n, k) structure, where n is the number of modules and k is the number of strip pairs that make up the data character. Data symbol The n value of 1 and data character 3 (also known as the outer data character) is 16, the value of k is 4; the value of n of data character 2 and data character 4 (also known as the inner data character) is 15, k value is 4.
In Figure 2, the arrows indicate the direction in which the cells of each character are ordered. The units of data 1 and 4 are sorted from left to right, data The cells of character 2 and data symbol 3 are sorted from right to left. Therefore, the units of the data symbols are sorted towards adjacent locators.
The unit set of each symbol contains odd and even 2 subsets, where odd and even are the odd and even units of the unit number in each subset. example For example, the odd subset consists of the first, third, fifth, and seventh units. In data symbols 1 and 2, the odd units are empty, and the even units are article. In symbol data 3 and data 4, odd cells are bars and even cells are empty.
5.2.3 Data Value
5.2.3.1 Overview of data value
For each data symbol value, an algorithm consists of a sequence consisting of the values of the unit widths (in modules) of the odd subset and the even subset.
Need to provide the number of units, the number of modules, the maximum width of the unit, and whether all the units in the subset are wider than one module for this algorithm. information. Appendix E shows the algorithm for generating DataBar-14 barcode data symbol units implemented in C language program.
5.2.3.2 Outer data value
The valid even subset of the outer data character shall have at least one unit with a single module width, and the effective odd subset does not necessarily have a single Module wide unit. The above restrictions on even units guarantee the edges of the data symbols to similar edge distances (bars plus empty and empty bars) There are only modules and.
Table 1 describes the features of the (16, 4) subset, listing five sets of odd and even subset pairs. Both subsets have an even number of modules. most The width of the wide unit is specified to ensure that the sum of the number of modules in a pair of adjacent units does not exceed 9. In case of restrictions In the following, there are a total of 2,441 patterns that form a strip combination of (16, 4) characters, which can represent 2841 values.
(16, 4) The relationship between the data symbol value VD and the value of the odd subset and the value of the even subset is shown in equation (1).
The values of the outer data symbols VD are encoded as VODD and VEVEN by equations (2) and (3).
Example: Encode a (16,4) data character with a value of 2315. As can be seen from Table 1, the value of the data symbol is in the fourth group, so GSUM=2015, TEVEN= 70. Apply the above formula.
VODD=(2315-2015)div70=300div70=4
VEVEN=(2315-2015) mod70=300mod70=20
The symbol data value 2315 is in group 4 (see Table 1). The data symbol has. a subset of 6 modules, and the subset value 4 is 10.
One of consecutive values (0~9); a subset of 10 modules, the subset value 20 is one of 70 consecutive values (0~69). Use attached The program in E can be obtained. the width of each odd unit of the data symbol is {1221}, and the width of each even unit is {1513}, the whole The width of each unit of the character is {11252113}, and the sequence of unit widths is sorted toward the adjacent locators.
5.2.3.3 Inside data value
The inner symbol data symbol valid odd subset should have at least one single module wide unit, and the valid even subset does not have to have a single Module wide unit. The above limitation on odd cells guarantees that there is a unique module sum for each edge of the data symbol to a similar edge distance.
Table 2 describes the features of the (15, 4) subset, listing four sets of odd and even subset pairs. The odd subset has an odd number of modules, the even subset There are even numbers of modules. The width of the widest cell is specified to ensure that the sum of the number of modules in a pair of adjacent cells does not exceed 9. in In the case of a limited requirement, there are 1597 patterns that form a strip combination of (15, 4) characters, which can represent 1597 values. Odd The range of allowed values is limited, and the unit width of the odd unit number 1 is guaranteed to be no more than 4 modules.
(15,4) The relationship between the data symbol value VD and the value of the odd subset and the value of the even subset is shown in equation (4).
The value VD of the inner data symbol is encoded as VEVEN and TODD by equations (5) and (6).
Note: Compared to the (16,4) outer data symbols, the positions of the even subset and the odd subset in these calculations are opposite.
5.2.4 Value of bar code symbol
The value of the bar code symbol consists of a combination of the value of the left data symbol pair and the value of the right data symbol pair. The value of each data pair is determined by the corresponding outer number It is composed of a combination of the value of the symbol and the value of the inner data symbol. The range of values for the data pair is listed in Table 3.
The relationship between the value of the data pair VPAIR and the values of the inner and outer data is shown in equation (7).
Example 1. If the value of the data pair is VPAIR 1971265, then COUTSIDE and CINSIDE are.
COUTSIDE=1971265div1597=1234
CINSIDE=1971265mod1597=567
The relationship between the value of the symbol and the value of the left and right data pairs is shown in equation (10).
The symbol value VSYMBOL is encoded as VLPAIR and VRPAIR by equations (11) and (12).
Example 2. If the value of the symbol VSYMBOL is 1234567890, then the value of the left data symbol pair VLPAIR and the value of the right data symbol pair VRPAIR are.
VLPAIR=1234567890div4537077=272
VRPAIR=1234567890mod4537077=482946
The combination of data value produces 20585067703929 values. Among them, only the previous.20000000000000 values (0~ 19999999999999) was used. The highest digit is the two-dimensional partial connection flag. 0 for independent omnidirectional DataBar barcode, truncated DataBar barcode, layered DataBar barcode or omnidirectional layered DataBar barcode, 1 for 2D part and main symbol omnidirectional DataBar Barcode, truncated DataBar barcode, layered DataBar barcode or omnidirectional layered DataBar barcode combined. Will the rest The 13-digit number is separated from the flag to form a project identifier. The implied modulo 10 checksum is calculated (see Appendix C) and added to the 13-digit number.
At the end, form a 14-digit global trade project code. The application identifier 01 is added to the transmission data, located in the code identification that must be transmitted (see ISO /IEC 15424)] after e0 or ]C1.
5.2.5 Locator
5.2.5.1 Overview of locators
There are 2 locators in the DataBar barcode symbol, and the locator can also encode the value of the checksum of the symbol. Each locator can Encode 9 values. The left locator is between data character 1 and data character 2, and the right locator is located at data character 4 and data symbol 3. between. Since the locator is adjacent to 4 data symbols, the symbol can be divided into 4 segments for scanning, each segment including a data character and a fixed Bitwise character.
5.2.5.2 Structure of locators
Each locator consists of 5 units and a total of 15 modules. The start and end of the left locator are empty units, positioning on the right The start and end of the character are all strip units. […]
