Scope
GB/T 36044-2018 is the English-translated version of 核电厂安全重要电气设备鉴定规程.
GB/T 36044-2018 sets out the procedure for qualifying electrical equipment important to safety in nuclear power plants.
It defines the tasks of initial qualification, the qualification categories and methods, the elements of the qualification plan and the practice for qualification testing: baseline tests, ageing treatment and tests simulating design basis event conditions.
It also covers changes to a qualification and the qualification documents, with annexes on containment pressure and temperature during a design basis event, test items and their sequence, and cable test samples.
It applies to initial qualification and to requalification after changes, and can be referred to for equipment that only needs stability or structural integrity under seismic loads.
It does not set test items, monitored functions or acceptance criteria for specific equipment. It was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the tasks, identification categories and methods for the initial identification of important electrical equipment and interfaces for nuclear power plants, and identification outline elements. And test code of practice.
This standard applies to the initial identification of important safety electrical equipment in nuclear power plants, and also applies to the re-assessment after equipment qualification changes. On the ground The identification of equipment requiring only stability or structural integrity under seismic loading can be referred to.
Note: This standard does not specify test items for specific equipment, functional characteristics to be monitored, and acceptance criteria.
