Scope
GB/T 35889-2018 is the English-translated version of 眼线液(膏).
GB/T 35889-2018 is the Chinese national product standard for liquid and gel eyeliners, made mainly from colorants and film-forming agents to define or enhance the eye line.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the eyeliner (cream) product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life.
This standard applies to colorants, film-forming agent as the main raw material to beautify or modify the eye liner liquid (cream).
