YY/T 10001-2026 is the English-translated version of 化妆品用生物技术来源原料技术要求通则.

YY/T 10001 is the counterpart of YY/T 10002 for ingredients that are grown rather than extracted.

It specifies the content and the format that the text of a standard for a biotechnology-derived cosmetic raw material has to contain, and gives recommendations on the items to cover, including terms and definitions, technical requirements, labelling, packaging, transport and storage.
