Scope
GB/T 35826-2018 is the English-translated version of 护肤化妆品中禁用物质乐杀螨和克螨特的测定.
GB/T 35826-2018 is the Chinese national method for determining binapacryl and propargite, two substances banned in cosmetics, in skin care products.
It applies to creams, lotions and water-based cosmetics and gives two methods: high-performance liquid chromatography with a diode array detector and external standard quantification, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
For liquid chromatography the samples are extracted with acetonitrile, sonicated, centrifuged and cleaned up by solid-phase extraction on Florisil. The scope states the detection and quantitation limits of each method, and the document lists the reagents, standard stock and working solutions.
The introduction explains that no limit value has been set for these substances in China and that the standard only provides a way to test for them. It was issued on 6 February 2018 and has applied since 1 September 2018.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
The tested substances in this standard are banned substances stipulated in the "Safety Technical Specifications of Cosmetics" in China.
Prohibited substances refer to substances that cannot be added to cosmetics as ingredients for cosmetics production. "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specification". If it is technically unavoidable that banned substances are brought into cosmetics as an impurity, a safety risk assessment should be conducted to ensure that it is normal, reasonable and acceptable.
Under the foreseen conditions of use, no harm to human health may occur.
At present, China has not stipulated the limit value of these substances. The formulation of this standard only provides testing methods for measuring these substances in cosmetics.
1 Scope
The current standard stipulates the use of high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry methods for the banned substances Lokachi and Ketong in skin care cosmetics.
This standard applies to creams, lotions, and water cosmetics in the determination of music killing Ke and Ke Te.
The detection limits of this standard for high-performance liquid chromatography for lecicarb and clotris were 7 mg/kg and 16 mg/kg, respectively, and the lower limit of quantitation was 20mg/kg, 50mg/kg; when using solid-phase extraction, the detection limits of Lactazone and Krypton were 3.5mg/kg and 8mg/kg, respectively;
Not for 10mg/kg, 25mg/kg. The gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry of this standard has a detection limit of 2 mg/kg for Lactazone and Chlorhexidine. Limits are 6mg/kg.
