1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods, test results and test reports of the tractor product reliability test bench test method.
This standard applies to the reliability test of agricultural tractors. Other uses Tractor reliability test can also refer to the implementation.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 24648.1 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Series models seriesmodel
The same chassis (complete machine type, frame type, clutch type, main gear, central drive, final drive, brakes, main gearbox housing
Body and rear axle housing), other parts of the system can be optional, with the same serial number of several models.
4 test methods
4.1 Test equipment
PTO power test rig (or engine dynamometer), hydraulic suspension test rig, fuel consumption measuring equipment, field operation simulation load
Test bench, bump test field, vibration acceleration measurement equipment, the allowable measurement error of each parameter should be consistent with GB/T 3871.3, GB/T 3871.4
And GB/T 3871.20 of the provisions.
4.2 Test conditions
4.2.1
The number of test prototypes is one.
4.2.2
The technical status of the prototype test and the general requirements of the test shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3871.1, and according to Appendix A in Table A.1 acceptance.

Test lubricants should be consistent with JB/T 7282 or business rules.
