Scope
GB/T 35094-2018 is the English-translated version of 镁铝合金轮毂夹具通用技术规范.
GB/T 35094-2018 is the general specification for the fixtures that hold magnesium-aluminium alloy wheels during machining. It covers the types of wheel hub fixture, the technical requirements, the geometric accuracy inspection, assembly quality, safety requirements, inspection, marking, packaging and the documents that accompany the fixture.
The standard defines the wheel hub fixture itself and its main forms: chuck-type fixtures located axially and radially, center-type fixtures located on a mandrel or riser, turn-type fixtures, and the pressure jaw that clamps the wheel.
It refers to the GB/T 5900 series on spindle nose and chuck connection dimensions, to GB/T 9239.1 on rotor balance quality and to GB/T 17421.1 on machine tool geometric accuracy. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.
