Scope

GB/T 35029-2018 is the English-translated version of 基于微阵列芯片的遗传性耳聋基因检测方法.

GB/T 35029-2018 specifies a microarray-based method for detecting the common gene mutations behind hereditary hearing loss. It combines multiplex amplification with chip hybridization to detect mutation sites that epidemiological studies have found in Chinese populations, with reference to genes such as GJB2, GJB3 and SLC26A4.

The method is intended for clinical auxiliary diagnosis, newborn screening, epidemiological surveys, screening of healthy people and similar uses.

It relies on GB/T 27990-2011 for biochip terms, on YY/T 1153 for DNA microarray chips for in vitro diagnosis, on YY/T 1154 for laser confocal scanners and on GB/T 6682 for laboratory water, and lists the abbreviations used for the reagents and genes. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the method of detection of common hereditary deafness genes based on microarray chips.

This standard applies to clinically assisted diagnosis, neonatal screening, epidemiological investigation, healthy person screening and other fields of hereditary deafness Detection of genetic loci.

5 Principle

According to the genetic locus gene mutation site information that has been found and confirmed based on the epidemiological investigation of rickets in China, multiple Amplification and chip hybridization techniques detect genetic locus mutations commonly found in Chinese populations.
