GB/T 34722-2025Surface decorated plywood and blockboard with impregnated decorative paper (English PDF)

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 34722-2017 "Impregnated paper veneer plywood and blockboard" and is consistent with GB/T 34722-2017.

In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the scope and definition of impregnated paper-faced plywood and blockboard (see Chapter 1, 3.1, Chapter 1, 2017 Edition 3.1);

b) Added "fine surface plywood", "plain impregnated paper veneer plywood and blockboard", "patterned impregnated paper veneer plywood and blockboard" Plywood and blockboard, "Plywood and blockboard with solid color printing and impregnated paper veneer", "Surface porosity" terms and definitions (see 3.2~3.5, 3.8);

c) Added the classification, requirements and inspection methods for impregnated paper veneer fine surface plywood and impregnated paper veneer non-structural laminated wood Law (see 4.1, Chapter 5, Chapter 6);

d) Added plain color impregnated paper veneer plywood and blockboard, patterned impregnated paper veneer plywood and blockboard, single Classification of plywood and blockboard faced with colored printed impregnated paper (see 4.3);

e) Changed the requirements and inspections for thickness deviation, verticality, flatness, moisture content, surface wear resistance, surface pollution and corrosion resistance, and formaldehyde emission.

Test methods (see 5.3 and 6.3, 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.5, 5.4, 5.5, 6.3 of the 2017 edition);

f) Added requirements and test methods for water absorption thickness expansion rate (see 5.3 and 6.3.9);

g) The length, width, thickness, edge straightness, bonding strength, immersion peeling, transverse static bending strength, surface bonding strength, surface resistance Scratch resistance, surface wear resistance, surface dry heat resistance, surface resistance to cold and hot cycles, surface crack resistance, surface water resistance Test methods for steam performance and color fastness to light (see 6.2, 6.3, 6.2, 6.3 of the 2017 edition);

h) Added individual determination items for surface scratch resistance and surface resistance to cold and hot cycles (see 7.3.1).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of impregnated paper faced plywood and blockboard, specifies the classification, requirements and inspection rules and The requirements for labeling, packaging, transportation and storage are described, and the corresponding inspection methods are described.

This document applies to impregnated paper veneer plywood, impregnated paper veneer fine surface plywood, impregnated paper veneer blockboard and Production, inspection and sales of non-structural laminated materials with impregnated paper facing.
