GB/T 34680.5-2022 is Part 5 of GB/T 34680 and sets out how the transport side of a smart city is scored.
It gives the framework of the smart city traffic evaluation index system, explains how the header information of the evaluation form is filled in, and then lists the indicators themselves under four headings: infrastructure and equipment perception, transport and mobility services, traffic and transport management, and citizen experience.
A further clause deals with indicator weights and an informative annex collects them. The document has no terms of its own to define and cites GB/T 33171-2016, JT/T 980-2015 and JT/T 1313-2020.
It is meant to guide assessments of how far smart city transport construction and its services have developed. It was issued on 14 October 2022 and has applied since 1 May 2023.

Introduction
GB/T 34680 "Smart City Evaluation Model and Basic Evaluation Index System" aims to establish an overall evaluation index system for smart cities to And the evaluation index system of subdivision field is composed of five parts.
