1 Scope

This standard specifies the principle of service information disclosure, content, methods, procedures and results evaluation and improvement of the content.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Business organization

For the purpose of for-profit, in order to achieve the goal, by responsibility, authority and interrelationships constitute one's own function of a person or a group of people.

3.2 Customer

A person or business organization that is capable of or actually accepts the services provided for or on its behalf.

3.3 Service

At least one activity must be output between the operating organization and the customer's operating organization.

3.4 Service information public

Business organizations advertise service information to unspecified customers.

4 principles

4.1 Autonomy

The service information disclosure is mainly carried out voluntarily by the operating organizations, and the operating organizations are encouraged to declare their own service standards.

4.2 Authenticity

Business organizations open service information content to be true, reliable and feasible, consistent with the objective reality, there is no non-service-oriented
