GB/T 33970-2017 is the English-translated version of 电阻焊电极用Al2O3弥散强化铜片材.
GB/T 33970-2017 is the Chinese national standard for the Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper sheet used for resistance welding electrodes.
It fixes the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules, the marking, the packaging, the transport and the storage, together with the quality certificate and the content of the purchase order or contract, and applies to the round sheet used for resistance welding electrodes.
It lists the grades TUAl0.15, TUAl0.25 and TUAl0.60 with the codes C15715, C15725 and C15760, all in the hard (H04) temper, in diameters from 50 mm to 600 mm and thicknesses from 10 mm to 40 mm, and notes that other tempers and dimensions may be supplied by agreement between supplier and purchaser.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the resistance welding electrodes with Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper sheet requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation Lose, storage, quality certificate and purchase order (or contract) content.
This standard applies to resistance welding electrodes with Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper round sheet (hereinafter referred to as sheet).
