GB/T 33956-2017 gives the methods for the determination and calculation of the heat balance of a continuous reheating furnace used in steel rolling.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of heat balance test and calculation for rolling furnace continuous heating furnace, thermal balance test and calculation reference, equipment and furnace Sub-profile, stove production, test preparation, test procedure, test content, location and method, calculation method, heat balance test report main To content.

4 Thermal balance test and calculation basis

4.1 Reference temperature

The average ambient temperature is measured at 1 m from the furnace wall in a continuous heating furnace.

4.2 Fuel calorific value

The low (bit) calorific value of the wet gas is used for the gaseous fuel, and the low (bit) calorific value is received for the liquid fuel.

4.3 Thermal balance test range

According to the test requirements, do the whole furnace (including waste heat recovery device) or (and) furnace heat balance test and calculation.

4.4 Thermal balance test time

In the furnace material varieties and specifications unchanged, the furnace conditions are stable under the circumstances of continuous testing. Thermal balance test is limited within 8h to complete, test
