1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of vertical mill disc, grinding roll liner (roll cover) repair, repair technical requirements, repair quality testing, packaging, Transport and storage.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 3375 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Abrasive plate liner table liner
Material in direct contact with the disc liner, should be used in line with surfacing wear-resistant material structure and high-chromium cast iron or nickel cast iron materials.
3.2 Roller liner rolliner
Roller liner in direct contact with the material is made of high-chrome cast iron or nickel-hard cast iron, with a block or integral structure.
3.3 Roller roller sleeve rolsheath
Direct contact with the material roller sleeve, using the body as a cast steel plus wear the overall structure of wear-resistant materials.
3.4 Online repair
In the disc, roll liner (roll sleeve) without dismantling the device body case, in the mill liner or roll liner worn, damaged parts for repair, Wear parts to restore the original size and performance of the repair method.
3.5 Offline repair off-line
In the grinding disc, roll liner (roll cover) out of the device body case, with wear and tear on the repair site repair capacity repair
