Scope

GB/T 33929-2017 is the English-translated version of MEMS高g值加速度传感器性能试验方法.

GB/T 33929-2017 gives the test methods for the performance of MEMS high g accelerometers. It specifies the terms and definitions of the electrical and basic properties of a MEMS high g value acceleration sensor, the test conditions, the general provisions for testing, and the test items and methods.

The test conditions fix the standard atmospheric conditions of the test, the electromagnetic conditions (no external field other than the earth's field at the test site) and the vibration conditions (no mechanical vibration at the test station), each applying unless the detail specification or the product technical conditions say otherwise.

Among the terms it defines the Hopkinson rod, the impact device that uses elastic shock waves travelling along an elongated rod. It applies to the performance testing of MEMS high g value acceleration sensors in the range from 1 x 10^4 g to 2 x 10^5 g.

It cites GB/T 2421.1, GB/T 7665, GB/T 26111 and JJF 1156. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 7665, GB/T 26111 and JJF1156 define the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Hopkinson Rod

An impact device that uses impact waves to propagate in an elongated rod with elastic waves.

4 Test conditions

4.1 Environmental conditions

4.1.1 Standard atmospheric conditions

Unless otherwise specified in the detail specification, all tests shall be performed under the standard atmospheric conditions of the test specified in GB/T 2421.1.

4.1.2 Electromagnetic conditions

Except as otherwise provided in the product technical conditions, the test site shall have no other external electromagnetic fields except the earth magnetic field.

4.1.3 Vibration conditions

Unless otherwise specified in the product technical conditions, the test site test station should be no mechanical vibration.
