Scope

GB/T 33923-2017 is the English-translated version of 行星齿轮传动设计方法.

GB/T 33923-2017 is the Chinese standard "Design methods for planetary gear drives".

Its scope clause reads: This standard gives the symbols of planetary gear transmission design, the type and transmission ratio calculation of planetary gear transmission, assembly requirements and gear allocation Design guidelines and specifications for methods, system characteristics and special requirements, gear design, load sharing, component design, thermal power calculation and lubrication.

This standard applies to the design of single-stage or multi-stage involute planetary gear reducers and speed increasers for industry, vehicles and machine tools.

The gears can be Spur gears, or helical gears, the planet carrier speed is lower than 1800r/min, the maximum speed of the gear does not exceed 4500r/min, the pitch of the gear The linear velocity is not more than 35m/s.

If there are the following conditions beyond the conventional design, more detailed analysis and research should be carried out. ---Light weight; ---High Power; ---High torque; ---Low speed; ---Space is restricted; ---Use the lubrication method outside this standard; ---Adopt double helical gear; ---Extreme ambient temperature; ---Magnetic field or vacuum environment.

Appendix A gives the specific application of this standard in the design of two types of planetary gear transmissions.

1 Scope

This standard gives the symbols of planetary gear transmission design, the type and transmission ratio calculation of planetary gear transmission, assembly requirements and gear allocation

Design guidelines and specifications for methods, system characteristics and special requirements, gear design, load sharing, component design, thermal power calculation and lubrication.

This standard applies to the design of single-stage or multi-stage involute planetary gear reducers and speed increasers for industry, vehicles and machine tools. The gears can be

Spur gears, or helical gears, the planet carrier speed is lower than 1800r/min, the maximum speed of the gear does not exceed 4500r/min, the pitch of the gear

The linear velocity is not more than 35m/s.

If there are the following conditions beyond the conventional design, more detailed analysis and research should be carried out.

---Light weight;

---High Power;

---High torque;

---Low speed;

---Space is restricted;

---Use the lubrication method outside this standard;

---Adopt double helical gear;

---Extreme ambient temperature;

---Magnetic field or vacuum environment.

Appendix A gives the specific application of this standard in the design of two types of planetary gear transmissions.
