Scope
GB/T 33867-2017 is the English-translated version of 光合有效辐射测量 半球向辐射表法.
GB/T 33867-2017 is the Chinese national method for measuring photosynthetically active radiation with a hemispherical radiometer, the instrument that collects the solar radiation between 400 nm and 700 nm reaching a given plane from the whole solid angle above it.
It fixes the requirements for the observation site, which has to represent the area, stay clear of heavy air pollution and carry neither an obstruction more than 5 degrees high in the instrument's field of view nor a radiation source that would disturb it.
It then sets the measuring system, made up of the radiometer, the data acquisition device, the mounting bracket and the power supply, and the acquisition and processing of the data, the installation and the maintenance.
It takes its terms from GB/T 31163-2014. It was issued on 12 July 2017 and has applied since 1 February 2018.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of hemispheres to the photosynthetically effective radiation table measurement of photosynthetically active radiation observation site requirements, measurement systems, data acquisition And processing, instrument installation and maintenance.
This standard applies to meteorological, environmental, agriculture and other areas to carry out photosynthetic active radiation measurement.

3.1 Photosynthetic effective radiation; PAR
The solar radiation spectrum can be absorbed, transformed and used to synthesize the radiant energy of a certain band of organic matter by the green plant's plastid pigment.
